Donation Request

The Acadie-Bathurst recognizes the importance of fundraising activities for non-profit organizations, sports teams as well as educational institutions. Since our beginnings we have been committed to assist these organizations in their efforts.

Due to the high number of requests for donations, the following criteria must be followed so that your request may be considered:

• Preference is given to disadvantaged youth, minor hockey programs, youth sport programs and youth education programs.
• All requests must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance.
• No monetary donation can be made.
• Due to the high number of requests, no jerseys are given. However, if an organization wishes to purchase a jersey, we will ensure the jersey is autographed by all players.
• All requests must be made on official letterhead with the following information: date and time of the event, how the item will be used (draw, door prize, raffle, etc.). It must also contain the contact person?s name and coordinates (telephone, cellular if applicable and email).
• Only one request per group per year will be considered.
• We cannot accommodate out-of-area requests.

Due to the high number of requests received, we will only consider those with all the above-mentioned information included. As well, telephone requests are discouraged.

When your request is accepted, someone from the organization will contact you to advise that your package is ready. Packages must be picked up at the Titan offices (at the KC Irving Regional Centre in Bathurst) between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.

The Acadie-Bathurst Titan receives a high number of donation requests annually, so we will try to accommodate as many requests as possible.
